Services, Fees and Insurance

I offer individual therapy via telehealth to adults in California and Hawaiʻi, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy both remotely and in person on the Big Island.

**Please note that medical evaluation and prescription costs for KAP are separate and billed directly by your medical provider.

Fees

My caseload includes a limited number of sliding scale spots — ask me about current availability.

Individual therapy session (50 minutes): $200

Extended individual therapy session (75 minutes): $300

KAP preparation and integration sessions (50 minutes): $200

KAP dosing sessions, remote or in person: $200 per hour (dosing sessions typically run 2–3 hours)

KAP package: 10% discount when committing to a full arc of 4–6 rounds up front

Hawaiʻi personal healing retreat in-person sessions are priced individually based on length and structure — reach out for a conversation about what you're envisioning.

Insurance

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network therapy costs — your insurer can tell you what your plan covers if you ask about "out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.

When you call your insurance, these questions will get you clear answers:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?
What percentage of the fee do you reimburse for CPT code 90837 (individual psychotherapy)?
Is there a limit on sessions per year?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
